Customers must inform LABSA of a defective item within 24 hours of receiving the shipment; otherwise, the product is presumed to have been received in good condition.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted if an item is faulty or does not match the description. Items must be returned within 14 days, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached. Please send us an email at info@labsa.ae and include the following information:

Returns are only permitted if an item is faulty or does not match the description. Items must be returned within 14 days, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached. If you return a product to us, you will receive either Labsa credit (which you may use to buy something else later) or a credit / debit card refund based on the form of payment you used when placing your transaction.

CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel your order, please email info@labsa.ae with your order ID and reason for cancellation. Please keep in mind that cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of making an order or before it is handed over to the shipper.

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS

 If you received a faulty or wrong item, please contact our Customer Service staff within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please send an email to info@labsa.ae with a photo of the damaged / malfunctioning item attached.

Delivery Policy

Labsa, in collaboration with our couriers, wants to ensure that our consumers are happy. We are firmly dedicated to meeting the above-mentioned deadline. However, you may suffer a brief delay in getting your package due to customs clearance, force majeure, or if they are unable to reach you at the time of delivery. Except for Fridays and UAE public holidays, we do everyday deliveries.

Our Customer Care Team will gladly help you if you need to modify the address before the delivery procedure begins. If you got notification that your item has been sent, please be aware that any requests to modify the shipping address will no longer be allowed.
